Status Tiers: Performance, Not Payment

Your Verification Status is purely based on the successful completion of our VaaS (Verification-as-a-Service) criteria, including the mandatory On-Site Factory Audit and trade performance history. You cannot pay to bypass a lower tier.

Phase 1: The Bronze Foundation (Knowledge & Compliance)

This is the starting point for every registered exporter.

  • Focus: Establishing Legal Validity and Foundational Knowledge.

  • Action for Exporter: Complete the basic documentation upload and enroll in our Export Training Programs. This phase is critical to ensuring your internal documentation meets international standards.

  • Leads: Bronze status primarily allows you to utilize our training tools and access local/domestic trade leads to build initial momentum and verified order history.

Phase 2: The Silver Ascent (Performance & Preparation)

Once you have a verified history of several successful orders (verified through shipping documentation and bank statements), you are eligible to apply for Silver Status.

  • Focus: Demonstrating Consistent Trade Performance and Financial Stability.

  • Action for Exporter: Submit detailed proof of operational history (3 years minimum) and agree to preliminary compliance checks.

  • Leads: Silver Exporters receive access to mid-tier international buyer leads, focusing on regions where the compliance demands are moderate. This is the last step before the physical audit.

Phase 3: Achieving Gold Verification (Trust & Guarantee)

The Gold Status is the ultimate endorsement of your operational excellence and quality assurance. This requires passing the Mandatory On-Site Factory Audit.

  • Focus: Passing the Physical Audit and Gaining Financial Credibility.

  • Action for Exporter: Successfully complete the On-Site Factory Audit (Step 3 of the VaaS Process) with an excellent Quality Control (QC) score.

  • Leads: Gold Verified Exporters are given Highest Priority Access to the most valuable global buyers who specifically require the Zero-Risk Sourcing Guarantee. Your Gold Status acts as an instant seal of approval for these high-margin orders.
